A great adventure/RPG is coming back. QFG5: Dragonfire takes place in Silmaria, described as the center of civilization in the world. You are aspiring to become the new ruler of the city and must win their Olympic Games to become the next Patrician. Assassins and monsters and a rumour of a world-destroying dragon should help ease the boredom between events :) The game will feature appearances by familiar faces such as Rakeesh and Erasmus (and presumably his mouse?). It will feature a 3-d world, 3-d characters, built in hint system, multiplayer support and "multiple character playability". Let's hope Sierra can overcome their shortcomings evident in their recent games (can we say Urban Runner?) and make another great game in the Quest for Glory series.
Release Date - "Summer 1997"
From Lori Cole: The game is set in Silmaria, which is in the Mediterranean of Gloriana. There will be many appearances
by characters from the previous QFG games. This will be the last QFG to feature the hero as we know him and
there will be modem play.
